Group Benefits

Benefit products for businesses are divided into two different categories: group benefits and voluntary benefits. When an employer contributes money towards the premium of a product, it is called a group product. Group insurances available include Health, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance. For more information about these products, please select from the list below.

Voluntary products are coverages that are entirely paid for by the employee. Some examples of voluntary insurances are voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary dental, and voluntary long term care insurance. These coverages are generally less expensive than similar coverages if purchased outside of the workplace and many products are offered on a guaranteed issue basis, so the advantages for the employee are many.
